Abdisalam Islaw founded US Global Digital Innovation LLC in April 2026 after observing a problem that nobody in the AI industry was willing to solve. As a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Management Information Systems, and with experience inside California's Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, Abdisalam understood both the technology and the regulatory landscape that businesses must navigate.
He combined that expertise with a second education from Al-Azhar University in Social Work and Community Development — giving USGDI a unique ability to serve both the technical and human sides of AI transformation.
